Protein quantification analysis-Label-free (Serum)

There are too many abundant proteins in a serum sample. Even doing the protein depletion step, there're still have some abundant proteins which will interfere the detected protein numbers.
To avoid this result, we provide the label-free analysis service to solve your problem.

We suggest using label-free analysis to quantify proteins in serum sample.
Here's the protein identify numbers compared between i-TRAQ and label-free analysis.

Basic analysis Standard analysis Advance analysis
i-TRAQ analysis (serum sample) ~100 80-150 200-300
Label-free (serum sample) ~200 160-300 800~1200

For Serum sample, we recommend you to use label-free analysis for deeper protein information.
